You smile and say, "Yes, isn't it?" Then you notice an odd feeling under your foot. You lift it and see a hole, three inches in diameter, letting water rush into your craft! You gasp and leap into Violet's boat just in time. Your boat sinks the moment your land in her boat.

"Oh my!" Violet exclaims. "It was fortunate my boat was here for you to step aboard!"

You say nothing and grin at Violet. You notice how beautiful she really is. Violet blushes under your scrutiny.

"Uh, thanks," you manage to say.

"Heavens, no need to thank me! I'd have sooner taken your place on that boat than allowed someone to drown while I could have stopped it!"
