You believe all these people at this restaurant are too suspicious to be real citizens of France. But if you kill them all, you will be known as a mass murderer and you will be infamous. But it doesn't matter about your rating, and if you have to be a mass murderer to get an assignment done, then you must, so you blast and kill all the spies in the restaurant and abduct Gene Voux-prez. You interrogate him, and you call M about it. M congratulates you and tells you to send Voux-prez to USA for further interrogation after he is interrogated. Voux-prez gives you information about the KGB, the bribe, the prime suspects and targets, and all the information you need. But he offers an alliance with you. M told you to send him to the US, but he offers an alliance. Which will you choose?
