You look through the mail, and you see a letter addressed to you. You had never gotten any letters from anyone. No friends, no other relatives, not even a library. But here it is. It said

The envelope is made of yellow parchment, and the address was written in emerald ink. There is no stamp. Turning the letter over, use see a purple wax seal bearing a coat of arms; a lion, an eagle, a badger, and a snake surrounding a large letter H.

"Hurry up, boy! What are you doing, checking for letter bombs?" Uncle Vernon shouts.
