Sneak up and jump the thief

You opt to sneak up and take out the thief yourself as they may escape by the time you get security, besides, you are fairly confident in your combat abilities. The many years spent training were not for nothing after all.
You open the door slightly more and sneak up behind the thief, and luckily, you are unnoticed yet. Closer and closer, and when you are within grabbing range, you quickly grab the intruder in a choke hold and throw them to the ground, and the thief gives a surprised yelp. From here, you easily knock the intruder out with a punch.
With the immediate excitement over, you have a closer look at your thief. From her curves it seems that she is female and you are surprised that didn't notice this before, but guessed that as she was crouched and had her back to you, you didn't notice. She is wearing black cargo's and a black skin-tight t-shirt and a ski-mask. You reach for her ski-mask and take it off.
It seems that she is quiet the beauty, with long curls of blonde hair and soft pouty lips and a cute button nose. Done with your initial observations you go and get some ropes and bind her. But what shall you do now?
Call security and hand her over
That shower earlier has left you feeling unsatisfied and you feel like having a bit of 'fun'
