D&D: Use a charm spell on the guard

You grin wickedly and suddenly lean up and kiss his cheek. The surprise on his face quickly fades as your magic sink in. His expression becomes dumb and his eyes widen to a stupid expression.
"Hrmm... You know.. I am really poor..." you begin saying with a whimsical smile: "You sure you can't do anything for me?"
"O...of course. I've heard that there's an old sewer entrance in the merchant district. People think it's broken down and the lieutenant didn't put any men there yet, but I'm pretty sure you can use it to get into the sewers. It's right behind a gnome shop." he quickly answers after a few seconds staring at you.
"Oh thank you so much." you tap his nose with your finger and he smiles satisfied to have helped you.
"Anytime..." You notice the poor man has a raging erection in his pants. You smile. It's a boost of confidence to know that people finds you attractive.
You grin and head towards the merchant district. The encounter has made you horny but you try to push aside your sexual frustration. As you walk, you find yourself passing through a street in the slums. As you get into the maze of alleys you find the entrance of the merchant's district.
Ahead you see two man blocking the path to the merchant's streets and you see another man getting shoved away.
"No money, no passage. This is our street and you need to pay the toll if you want to go through." You recognize the general behavior of thiefs' guild men. As you approach they look at you.
"You want to get through? It's gonna be 10 silver." one of them states.
You ponder your options for a second. You could try another path but these thieves tends to be well organized. As you are thinking, you can feel the tingling in your crotch and fear it might affect your decision.
