Without thinking, you blurt out the first sport that comes to your mind. "Track."

A million mental facepalms land across your sore expression as you realize that you just challenged a genetically faster, almost Olympic-level runner to race you. Amelia seems quite surprised by this as well, and starts to laugh.

"You do realize who you're talking to, right?" she jokes. "Not trying to brag, but you have literally no chance of beating me."

You know that quite well, but what should you say?

• "I know, but it's all for fun, right?"
• "Psh, I'll wipe the floor with you."
