Johanna, noticed a ball point click pen hooked in the neck of his T-shirt when she first saw him outside the toilet and quickly dips down to the clothing on the floor and retrieves it.
She stands and sees anger forming in his face.
Without hesitating, before he retaliates, she jams the pen in his left eye and then slams it through the delicate bone behind the eye into his brain with her palm.
The 250 lb man immediately topples forward onto her and the toilet, dead.
