You are the bodyguard of Carlgruff the Great, ruler of the Warlands. He has a brother, Irongar, two sons, Grothar and Oelkir, and a daughter, Eagny.

News of a dragon reaches the Warlands. Since you've defeated a dragon before, Carlgruff decides to send you to fight it. The thing is you never actually a saw dragon. You just lied to become the king's bodyguard (which would put you out of danger due to how rarely someone actually tries to kill him)
