A tiny custom made Swiss army knife which consists of a knife, can opener, screw driver and a lock picking set. The knife is tiny, only is about 2.3in in length, which means you could easily hide it within you small fist without it being noticed by another.

The knife is now inside your Hidden Pocket. Maybe you could use it to slice open the sack.
