Ignoring the lodge, you turn in what you think is the direction of the city. Vaguely recalling there are lodges just outside the city for family hiking vacations, you figure it can't be too much further untill you reach civilization. Though the question And what will you do when you get there? is nagging at the back of your head.
Shaking off your doubts, you figure you'll just figure it out when you get there, nothing to be done about it but keep walking. You stick to the shadows during the day and by the time the sun sets, you can see the city in front of you. Having your goal in sight gives you an extra energy boost and you run the last bit. When you arrive at the houses, you realize you're at the poor district. Convenient, you're penniless after all so this is the place to be.
Though you feel relieved you finally made it, running the last bit drained your last reserves of strength. You need to find a place to rest before you collapse. There's a few homeless sleeping under a bridge nearby in plain sight. Not too far from where you are is a shady side alley, it should be easy to find a spot out of sight there to sleep. Lastly, you spot a large cardboard box next to one of the houses, you could probably fit inside if it's empty.
Just walk to where some other homeless people are and collapse next to them.
Pick a spot where you're out of sight.
Approach the cardboard box and chek if it's empty.
