He thinks about it a little and says, "Alright, why not! The house is empty for the weekend. Mom's on a shopping trip, Dad's in drunk camp, and Sis is away at school." He slides a hand up your shirt and gently rubs your chest. "Let's go have some fun, mister."
His house is pretty average. He shows you around a little, makes some small talk, and gives a couple suggestions.
