Jill Valentine parked her car and looked around the estate of Crampton Park. The apartment looks old and shabby but it didn't matter as long as she finds a place to stay.
A few moments later, an old skinny man with curly hair and a thick mustache came towards Jill.
“Hello, good morning. You must be Jill?” he asked, his eyes almost wandering all over the pretty busty brunette's curvaceous body.
“Yes I am,” replied Jill.
“Please to meet you, Jill. I am Mr Don Hummel the landlord,” claimed the man as they exchanged handshakes.
“Nice to meet you Don, so what do you have for me? Any good deals?” Jill asked smiling as they began their discussions.
