Using type A and type B is a simpler way to categorize people's personalities. People with type A personalities tend to be more high strung, but also more organized and ambitious. Type B people are more laid back. They don't break their backs for success, but take it as it comes. Most people don't fit into only one of these categories, but lean a little more toward one or the other.
