You hold your fire. The ninja throws the star and to your surprise it does not hit you but instead you hear a cry of pain and see a scalpel fall to the ground.
You quickly turn around point your gun at your attempted assassin. You are shocked to see it is your friend standing there holding his bleeding arm from the ninja's weapon.
You increase your grip on the gun and point it at your friend's head. "I'm not the killer, you have to believe me."
