You pull your cellphone out of your pocket and call your boyfriend. He picks you and greets you. "Hey babe. What's up?"
"Nothing much. I'm just bored and was wondering if you'd like to come over for a little fun, if you know what I mean," you joke.
"Sorry, I got grounded again," he replies. You hear moaning in the background and some girl's voice mumble, "Oh John." You hear your boyfriend shush her.
"...yeah, sure seems like you're grounded," you reply angrily. "It's over. Bye." You hang up, throwing your cellphone down beside you and crying.
Eventually, you get off your bed and walk a few yards to your bathroom and rinse your face with cold water. You feel a little better now, but still heartbroken. And you thought it would last too... You lean against the door in the bathroom, and start sobbing again, the sudden emptiness causing your heart to hurt, literally. You regret calling your boyfriend, even if that meant you'd ignorantly stay with him while he was being a man whore behind your back.
