You decide you don't want to deal with her or anyone else. In fact, since it's Friday, you decide you want to get off campus early and maybe hit the town.
You get to reading in your office, though, and you soon realize that it's nearly 4:30. You don't want Michelle to think you lied to get out of talking to her, so you quickly grab your stuff, head down the stairs, and out onto the street. In your haste to cross the street and get to your car, you forget to look both ways and you get hit by a cement truck.
