The costume consists of two very large fig leaves on a string, and a second string with one smaller fig leaf. You strip naked and put the two strings on, on over your chest and one over your crotch. You feel hot wearing something that you know belongs on a woman's body, even if the costume concept is sort of silly. You're a bit surprised to find that the two fig leaves lying on your chest seem to have developed large, fleshy protrusions under them.
