You tell him he will regret this decision, just like you regretted not going to culinary school. Phil continues being a writer, but his heart isn't in it and he ends up on the street without telling you. He comes to you, twelve years later and tells you he is sick with a mysterious illness and dies 5 days later.
You catch it as well and die within the week. :I
