Well... Nearly, doesn't mean done, my friend.
You hurry to the nearly broken bridge. You just made the right decision. As the flow of rock and ash chases down and hugs the town. the people are quickly vaporized. Somebody in the car screams as the flow is right behind you. The river dots into view but the flow suddenly ruins the scenery as it scampers to view. It's quite fast, then now, at this very moment, trees fall into your car's roof burying your car trapping you with your family inside, but left you and the others alive.
You can still see the view of the eruption in the still-uncovered window. You grab your bottle of water to put out the fire in the window. you get out. The trees are gone. The mountain has seem to disappear as it is covered by a heavy thick black smoke, the smoke like the one from a giant furnace.
