Don showed Jill around the small apartment. The up keep was quite poor, the door knob is faulty and some of the light bulbs need to be replaced, just to name a few.
Jill wasn't too pleased but she's desperate to quickly find a place to stay and then get a job. A little bit of tidy up won't hurt her she thought.
"You definitely need to give me a huge discount for this place," Jill said, as she walked around the apartment to inspect.
"$500 is the best price, Jill. I will also need 2 months of security deposit, and this place is yours. This is the cheapest place you can find in this town, Jill." Don replied firmly, his eyes glued onto Jill's swaying hips.
"$500? No, please Don, help me out. I have to cut as much cost as I can. I came down because you said the price is negotiable. Also look at this apartment. I probably have to repaint the whole place and get some new furniture. Plenty of work needs to be done here. I'll pay you $350 monthly and a month's deposit." offered Jill, folding her arms, without realizing that her action caused her ample bosom to jut out.
Before Don could reply Jill, his cellphone rang and it seems that another 2 men are interested to view the apartment. "I am sorry Jill. I have to take the call. Actually I have a couple of guys who wants to view this place. Do you really really want this apartment?"
"Yes of course. I have tabled an offer for you so it's up to you now. I really hope we can sort this out quickly." Jill replied.
Don rubbed his jaw as he tries his best to think of ways to seal the deal and work on an agreement with the voluptuous brunette.
