You Drag the man over to the paramedic kicking and screaming.When you get to the paramedic you see him dealing with someone already. Both the other man and the paramedic are bleeding. You tap the paramedic on the shoulder. When he turns around his are sunken in and his skin is pale. Before you can ask whats happen you jumps at you and try's to bite your neck but you you luckily pull out your revolver in time and shoot him in the knee
