Welcome aboard, Lord Vader.  The first bit of advice I'd give a newbie is to check out the tutorial.  There's a lot of help in there to get you started.  Have fun, and don't be afriad to ask questions if something's got you stumped. --Platypus 15:53, 22 May 2011 (UTC)

If your link is red after you save the page, the link goes to a page that hasn't been written yet.  If the link is blue, you've linked to an existing page.  If you accidentally link to a page in someone else's story, edit your page and change the link.  It's easy to tell what story a page belongs to because every page has a category at the bottom, showing the name of the story.  The cateogry is entered just like entering a link:

Welcome aboard, Lord Vader. The first bit of advice I'd give a newbie is to check out the tutorial. There's a lot of help in there to get you started. Have fun, and don't be afraid to ask questions if something's got you stumped. --Platypus 15:53, 22 May 2011 (UTC)

To create a link, put a pair of square brackets around the title of your link, like so:

example of a link

If your link is red after you save the page, the link goes to a page that hasn't been written yet. If the link is blue, you've linked to an existing page. If you accidentally link to a page in someone else's story, edit your page and change the link. It's easy to tell what story a page belongs to because every page has a category at the bottom, showing the name of the story. The cateogry is entered just like entering a link:
