You pull her hair, hard, she srceams that she's not Sam. You ignore her and pump the stick in harder, faster, and deeper so deep that she screams out in pain, not pleasure, one last time and dies... You check her vitals and realize "Shit I just killed sombody through rape." You're not exactly sure if there's a technical sentence for this but never the less you're gonna rot in jail since the state you're in doesn't have the death penalty...
