You move to the waterfall without delay and begin to let it flow over your body. The front of the sundress was thoroughly muddied, and you feel the mud had seeped through your socks, even your underwear. You slip the underwear off, frowning at the awful state it looks, and decide to wash them and wring them dry. You try to do the same to the socks, but their atrocious state leads you to merely leaving them, sure not to put them on again. You look backward, seeing the garden you left behind is nowhere in sight, and take off the sundress to look at the slip. You see it, too, is rather muddied, and remove it. You only spend a moment naked, putting the wet sundress back on before washing the slip. The sundress itself is now cleaned, but the light shines right through it. You have not bothered re-buttoning the top button, as it buttons up in the front for ease of putting on and off. The rest of the six buttons are still fine, anyway.

You make your way into the forest, as best as your instincts can allow. You choose a muddied path that is full of plant life, but without a trail for other people to bother - a perfect place for something to run. Tracking a butterfly meant knowing what plants it would enjoy, and where it would return to out of the sun. You have full trusting instinct as you round closer to what sounds like a bit of a small waterfall, following plants and trudging through mud, when your foot is completely stuck.

You look down, seeing the mud around you was wet and thick. Your powerful legs pull against the boot, but it actually had sunk almost past the top lip of the boot without you even noticing. It was a practical swamp here! The edges of the sundress now splayed against the mud, you continue to struggle to get the boot out, and notice your other boot sinking as well.

Deciding now is the time to panic a little, you look forward to see that rocky ground and that waterfall is not far off - at least you know where you can wash up. You slip out of one boot and step forward, then do the same with the other. Your socks are now completely muddy, and dragging, sopping against the mud. You grab hold of the rocks and drag yourself upward to them, clearing the mud without any more issue.
