You stop here, the light so bright it blinds you. You cannot see, and with no sounds it is even creepier.
The whole world seems to have disappeared. It is just you and the light. Blinding you. Pitiless. Merciless.
Your world shakes once. Twice.
The third time, your eyes finally pop open.
"Hello sleepyhead," your father says above you.
"We need to leave. Mom is already waiting for us in the car."
You think about the dream you just had, about a shadowy figure taking off your clothes, and blush slightly.
