Finally, you come to the edge of the forest. The elder points to the bleak landscape in front of you. "That is what we're here for. I need your help to spread healing from here," they point back towards the forest, "to the Barrens," they say, pointing ahead again. Then they look down. "Heavens, child, your feet are a bloody mess. Why didn't you say something?" they ask, ripping fabric from the hem of their robe and dampening it with water from their flask. "This will have to do for now," they say, reaching for your feet with the damp cloth.
