Rush for the door

From Create Your Own Story

You slam the door shut and hold it shut. The creature struggles against the door, but it doesn't budge. You lock it and back away. It seems sturdy enough, but you see more creatures coming. The door begins to seem like it can't quite hold them all.

You start holding it shut again, but it doesn't do much. You look around for help, but everyone's either too frightened to move or is throwing themselves out the window to their either their death or their escape. You conclude that now's as good a time as ever to make a run for the window when the lock breaks.

The door flings open, throwing you against the wall. The collision disorients you, and you can see the creatures flooding in as your vision fades to black.

The next time you wake up, you're one of them.
