Taking a note from some of the block heads you've worked with in the past, You grab the nearest sturdy, heavy thing and swing for the Squid Girl's head. 'Want an oar, fucking have one!' you think. Momentary shock appears on her face but a single tentacle rises out of the water to stop the attack. The oar was much heavier and slower than you'd though it'd be. She shoots you with a glare that says 'My turn' and sends another tentacle in a wicked horizontal slap. You react quickly, but not quickly enough, and are grazed hard enough to knock you clear of the boat. Lungs burning and head spinning, you are at least thankful it wasn't a solid hit. Floating in the water and recuperating as fast as you can, you realize that the Squid Girl is swimming towards you.
