- A shifty-eyed man in a cloak standing in the corner
- A shabbily-dressed man at the bar
- A young woman with a katana, looking like the stereotypical badass heroine who constantly proves that she's as good or better than her male counterparts, though she rarely does much to advance the plot of the movie
- A man in a furry hat, leashed to the windowpane. Unsurprisingly, there is no glass in the window. Every few moments, one of several patrons chucks something at him.
