Ask to be sent to medical

Kirk thumbs the communicator panel on the wall. "Kirk to sickbay," he says. "Please send a medical team to Transporter Room Two immediately."
A short while later Dr McCoy and Nurse Chapel come through the doors. "What's the problem, Jim?" McCoy asks.
"Ensign Jordan here was sent on a reconnaissance mission to the planet below," Kirk says. "He's returned disorientated... confused..."
"Aye," Scotty adds helpfully.
"We'll straighten him out," McCoy says. "Come on, son."
Chapel puts a reassuring hand on your arm to lead you out of the transporter room and you feel an instant tingle down your spine.
Quarter of an hour later, you're lying on a bed in sickbay, with McCoy and Chapel standing on either side of you.
"Well, I don't understand it," McCoy says. "Physically, you're absolutely fine."
"More than fine," Chapel mutters, and you remember the way she held on longer than necessary during some of the more intimate parts of the exam she gave you.
"But the Captain says that planet down there did something to your mind. Can you tell us anything?"
