Alice's religious convictions prevent her from even considering Plan B.
She returns to her dorm room, his semen dripping into her panties, tears in her eyes. In the morning everything seems OK again, and she gets her phone back from Andrew in a few days, fixed for free of course. A few weeks later, Alice's period is a few days late. Her roommate Summer finds her crying into her pillow, and eventually coaxes the story from her. Summer makes a trip out to the drugstore, and returns with a couple of pregnancy tests. Alice uses the tests, crying the entire time, sobbing into Summer's bosom as Summer holds her, her worst fear has come true.
Alice is pregnant with Andrew's child. Unable to cope with the pregnancy, then the baby while attending school, Alice drops out of Blue Mountain University. Her parents force them into a shotgun wedding and they move into a trailer together. Andrew loses his job, and drops out of school too from the stress. He starts selling drugs to support them. Until one day he's arrested, and thrown into jail for 20 years. Alice is trapped raising the child in a trailer park, on welfare.
