SKILL GAINS: Level 5 - Party Time - MP 3 Fritz goes into a rapping rage. Damage - 2x his current Strength Level 10 - Enjoy the Show - MP 10 Fritz gets ready for Party Time. Effect - Increase next Party Time move power by 2x original strength + 3 Level 15 - Something You Should Know - MP 20 You know you're in for some trouble when the dog starts talking. Effect - decrease next attack's damage by half and round it up Level 30 - Kind Acts - MP 5 Fritz helps somebody...or so the attack name says. Effect - regain all of Fritz's Health
