Throw the body down the stairway

You drag the hollowed out corpse to your door. You open the door carefully, peer out, and drag out the body. All of a sudden you notice an old lady standing there, looking horrified. Do you:

• Pull out her teeth so she can't scream
• Throw her body down the stairwell too, for good measure
