Yell for help from Monzaemon

"Monzaemon! Help!" you yell. Despite your shouting, the mutated Betamon pays no heeds to you. It continues to pummel Koromon in the rotating manner, stopping a few times for a second before it spins again, jabbing your partner Digimon with its fins. Koromon is weakening by the seconds. Tears start building up in your ducts. You close your eyes, unable to watch your Digimon die before you. It will not last long before Koromon is gone, just like the many ally Digimon in your parents' days.
"Lovely... Attack!" a voice calls out.
You rip apart your eyelids and look up. A horde of cyan-colored, bubbly hearts float their way towards Betamon, with one of them trapping it inside. Behind the cloud of bubbles is Monzaemon, rushing over on its cuddly cotton feet. You immediately grab onto Koromon once Betamon floats to a safe distance from you. The tears that were once built in your eyes are finally released when the danger is gone. Monzaemon places its soft, gentle paw on you. The paw feels so warm.

After the commotions are over, the uniquely-looking Betamon, who now informs both you and Monzaemon of its true name as Betamon X, is lectured and sent away. When it is asked of its mutation by Monzaemon - and the X suffix in its name - however, it simply shrugs, having a lack of answers except for one, "I simply know that I exists as who I am."
"Sorry about your Koromon, Taiyou," says Monzaemon after Betamon departs. "Follow me. I will get your Koromon mend... I mean, heal up again."
