Reading your thoughts, the watchman grabs his club before you even touch the handle of your sword. With a quick, almost negligent blow, he breaks three fingers of your right hand. You scream in pain.
"That was a very bad idea, friend," he comments quietly, shaking his head.
His club then crashes into your temple, breaking your skull.
