You notice that the thing only has 1 eye, in the middle of its head. You take careful aim and shoot a single bullet into its forehead. The thing lurches back in pain and drops the girl to the floor. You fire more bullets into the thing's eye. It roars in pain and swings its tentacle-like arm at the balcony. It destroys it in one fell swoop of its arm, killing the boy by throwing him into the fire, but Paul manages to jump off in time. But as he lands on the ground you hear a small snapping sound. It looks like he has broken his ankle.
