The whole restaurant is focused on you, standing there topless with an arm across your chest. Even though the men have seen your boobs, everyone else hasn't. You could chalk this up to a dare, get dressed, and put it all behind you. That would be the smart, rational thing to do. Naturally, you're not going to do that.
Your left arm still pressed against your boobs, you move your right hand down and undo the button on your jeans then pull down the zipper
