You sneak closer, bringing the hammer up above your head, preparing to swing. A sudden creak on the floorboards is made as you shift your weight for the swing. The woman immediately ducks under the hammer, but the man catches the blow directly to his temple. A sickening crunch is heard as the force transfers to his neck, causing it to snap. You quickly turn your attention to the woman. She lashes out with two powerful punches, you are struck in the stomach, a blow which would make your husk vomit, but you contain yourself and catch her fist in your large hand. You pull her close, restricting her thrashing. You look hungrily at your prize; her attire is of a police officer. You quickly shove her to the floor and pin her hands behind her back using her own handcuffs, and take the key. You leave her for a moment and go to the front window. Looking through the blinds, you see her car, unmarked. You see a vagrant digging through the front garbage can. His commotion must have masked the struggle.
