Within six months, you have enough strength to scoop Hannah or Ava off the ground and carry them across a room. Most frequently to a bed.

They trade off using you and after a year, they feel you're capable of handling them both at once. Those sessions always make you have to rest for a full day afterwards, but they're very fun.
