Vagabond/Confront the source of the noise

This is ridiculous. You shouldn't have to put up with this ruckus. Making up your mind, you get dressed and go to your neighbor's door, pounding on it. The noise doesn't even die down, the cheering and laughing continuing as the door is pulled open, revealing a large cheery looking man.

"Well, look what we have here!" the large man says. "Someone new to join the party!"

To your surprise, he takes your arm, trying to lead you inside.
