Gotham is in anarchy. The sick and deranged have been freed from Arkham Asylum. The criminals have been broken out of blackgate. Hell reigns in the streets, the police are being targeted, violence, rape and bloody murder flood throughout the city as the inmates and criminals claw for dominance in this chaotic cesspool of filth and disease.
Nowhere is safe.
Now, who will you be in Gotham, hell on earth?
