You enter the ally way and relize that he seems to have disapeared. That is until halfway though and he jumps out of the shadows an point a k i.e. fr at you shouting. "Hand over your gold!" You look him up and down and see that he is slightly tan with firm but not well defined muscles and with short black hair and a 5 o clock shadow.
Now slightly annoyed by a wave of your hand the thief drops the knife and his body goes ridged. You explain to him who he is dealing with and his eyes widen and he starts to beg mercy. "Please. Please don't kill me. I have a kid brother at home who needs me. If I die he'll be all alone." You sigh. Always a sucker for a good son story you deside to make a plan. One that will make everyone happy (Mostly you).
