Allow him to turn you around:

You turn around as you and face the car, the assailant places the gun at your back. Immediately your ninja training kicks in and you realize it’s straight behind you implanted in your back. All it takes is one quick turn to either the right out of the line of fire into the assailant and a quick disarm is possible. You immediately execute the move with deadly precision, simultaneously hitting the assailant in the throat and grabbing the hand above the gun out of the line of fire. The assailant hits the ground out cold and you realize that Ling is still in danger, but the assailant being out cold can yield valuable information if you look over his person for clues. (do you go in and help Ling or look over assailant)
