A pixie sounds cute!

You bite your lip, but can't help but grin in excitement. You'd never done something like this to your hair. Although, you'd pondered it before. And you definitely enjoyed watching others have their hair cut this short.
"I think I want a pixie cut. It sounds really cute," you exclaimed. Felix grinned in response.
"Wonderful! You're going to look exquisite," he chuckled. His hands withdrew from your hair. You almost wished they hadn't, but you knew Felix needed to prepare for your haircut. Your eyes darted over to watch him at the counter. A misting bottle is pulled from the drawers, along with a comb, and a pair of shiny scissors.
"Alright. I hope you're ready to loose a lot of hair," Felix forewarned as he stepped back behind you. A nylon cape was soon thrown around you and snapped around your neck. He then began pulling your hair back over your shoulders, to make a ponytail out of the strands.
"All of this is going to be gone. Are you ready?" he asked as he held your eyes in the mirror and gave your ponytail a yank. You stare at the ponytail in his hand, and the scissors in the other.
