Go after Mana.

You try to make a dash straight to Mana. After awhile of running you notice that Mana already has her bow readied and is aiming at you. She lets go of the arrow and a reflex shocks to your arm trying throw off the arrows course. You don't even have enough time to think how stupid that was before you notice that the winds bend and push the arrow away without it making contact to your hand. with a second more of running you stab your sword into her upper chest just above her heart. You feel a painful slash on your arm as you tilt your head to see Ayuta, his blade inches deep in your arm. Turning around and swat him down hitting his head to your sword in a brisk sideways slash and stab his lower torso about where his belly button was.
They now lay side to side, both flat on their back. In a few seconds their pools of blood connect forming a larger pool. You think you can see Ayuta's eyes change but you cant make anything out as they soon fill with tears.
"I'm sorry Mana. This is all my fault... Maybe if I was strong-" Ayuta begins to say as he is interrupted
"Its ok Ayuta. We did the best we could." Mana says trying to comfort him.
"The executioner will come now."
"We can't stop death Ayuta..."
Suddenly, A large floating hooded creature appears out of the darkness. Its a bony creature with his spine going down just about a foot off the floor. It has no legs and you cannot see its eyes through the hood. With two arms, one being normal for a skeleton and holding a black and orange scythe, the other with three pincers coming out like fingers.
"Goodbye Mana." Ayuta says with tears pouring down his face,
"It will be but a short goodbye, for we will soon be reunited in the afterlife." Mana responds with tears glimmering from her eyes.
"...I don't know if I will be going to the same place as you..." Ayuta stops as Mana's eyes close shut. "Promise me that you will wait for me there Mana!"
you can see Mana's lips move to something similar to "I promise." but she clearly dose not have enough strength to say anything.
the executioner brings his scythe back and moves his pincers up as a darkness overcomes Mana and then almost separately Ayuta.
You can hear Mana's scream as the darkness leaves. Not even a trace of their bodies, and the only thing that remains is Mana's bow and quiver full of arrows. The hooded creature then disappears into a different darkness. One like the light that has overcome you when you went through the door.
You fall to the ground as see what just happened to them. After a second you get back up and leave through a crystal that appeared where the creature was.
"One things for sure. If I ever see that thing again... I'll be its executioner!"
