That's a good idea. You were always curious about how things work inside. And it's not far away.
Five minutes later you were walking through the church door. It was empty inside, and your steps created echoes. You headed towards the altar when the side door opened and the sexton appeared. He lead the eye all over the interior, looking for the source of the strange sounds. You froze in place. Sexton didn't notice anything suspicious, shrugged and started locking the door. He locked you inside and left. You tied to find your way out but you couldn't find any.
To pass the time you started looking around. You found some wine, candles, behind the altar there was nothing. Boring. Stupid idea.
The lock on the left side clanked. A few nuns walked in, their ages varied.
A young nun is going to the confessional.
