You enter the cylinder and it rotates around so that the opening is against the wall, trapping you inside.
A section of wall slides away, revealing a staircase leading down into the room. A man with wild, uncombed hair enters the room wearing a stained once-white lab coat. He walks over to the cylinder where the woman is trapped. He rotates the dial in front of her cylinder slowly. You watch as her tits swell up into massive F-cups that tear her shirt to shreds.
The mad scientist cackles at the sight of the woman trying to cover her now-massive mammaries and steps over to the pedestal in front of your cylinder.
“Hello, my little guinea pig,” he says, rubbing his hands together gleefully. “If you think that cylinder will make your dick bigger, don’t get your hopes up. This dial is just a trick of mine, to lure a man into the cylinder. And it worked!”
