"Also known as 'begging the question,' this is when an attorney makes an assumption in their question without allowing the witness to dispute the premise of the question itself. Also applies if an attorney asks for a yes or no answer when neither answer is completely truthful."

         Lawyer: Have you stopped beating your wife?  Yes or no!?
         Witness: !?
         Prosecutor: OBJECTION!  That question assumes facts not in evidence!
