The Empty Glass door

Wary of the other two doors, you approach the center door - the Empy Glass door. Even as you approach, the glass does no more than shimmer slightly. There is no reflection, but you also canot see through the door into the darkness beyond.
You quickly realize something as you reach the door - it has no doorknob. It's just a sheet of glass...so how do you get in?
Reaching out, you brush your fingers against the cool glass to find some way to open it. The moment your hand comes into contact with the glass, the surface ripples like water. As the ripples move outward and reach the edges of the door, they spill over and drip away into the void. The other two doors disappear, leaving you alone with the glass door.
As you watch, the surface of the door settles again. Now, however, the surface is different. A moving image sits there, like a movie of some sort. The image is focusing on three different girls in three different places...all doing something different. As you watch, you realize that you must know these people. They seem so familiar...and yet you can't remember them.
At the bottom of the door, the image distorts and several letters float into view. You have to bend to read them:
"We are as empty as the glass with no one to stand before it."
Disturbed by what you have witnessed, you take a step back from the door and straighten. As you do, the image stills and fades away. Then, the door opens, beckoning you into its dephs. You know you don't really have a choice, but you could refuse to go through and see what happens. Or..you could just walk through it and hope for the best.
