About an hour later you hear a door open and some machinery of some sort gets wheeled into the main shop. Eventually you figure out it's the janitor service, you hear a vacuum cleaner, probably a shop vac, and some guy singing to some tune you've never heard of before. You start to try and wriggle out of your bonds but there's no way you can manage to get out with the weight of your body keeping everything tight.
After a little while of you struggling with no luck, the lights in the bay come on. You hear the shop vac moving around the room and see a figure in overalls moving around till eventually they get fairly close to you and the hose falls out of the guy's hands and hits the floor. He turns the shop vac off and looks under the SUV "Hello there, I have to admit that this is not the usual place I meet women, but I'll try anything once" he says leering at you. "I was just doing my job like usual and then I saw these hanging under this car" and he takes this moment to grope your dangling breasts in his hands "Carlos put you up to this for my birthday didn't he?"

Letting go of the hose every once in a while and letting the suction on your boob hold the heavy hose up. Eventually he stops playing with your breasts and awaits your decision.
